SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS (ONLY)
POLICIES:
Consultation, Deposit and Cancellation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. Service & package costs are not refundable after an appointment has started or been completed. For Skincare and Fragrance Products, all sales are final, however, should you have a skin reaction to one of the products, it can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. In case of an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately and schedule an office visit at info@nakedperfectionspa.com.
RESCHEDULING POLICY:
All requests to reschedule an appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid being charged any fees. As a courtesy, we may choose to waive the fee for a client's first time late rescheduling/same day cancellation ("no shows" are not excused).
Rescheduling requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time can be rescheduled with no problem.
Rescheduling requested less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time of an appointment that was paid with a deposit upon booking are not eligible for a refund.
Should a client miss 50% or more of their appointment (with or without providing the recommended notice within the proper time frame) the appointment will be canceled and they will be responsible for paying at least 50% of the service cost.
Rescheduling is at the sole discretion of management and subject to availability. In rare cases, should a client present any infectious symptoms that are easily transmitted (coughing, sneezing, etc.) and/or active lesions on the areas being treated, it is mandatory that the appointment is rescheduled for at least an additional two weeks (14 days). Additional fees and charges for late cancellation and rescheduling during these cases or other emergencies will be applied/waived at the sole discretion of the owner/management.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations requested more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time of an appointment that was paid in full upon booking will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time of an appointment that was paid in full upon booking will receive up to a 50% refund.
Cancellations requested more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time of an appointment that was paid with a deposit upon booking are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations requested less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time of an appointment that was paid with a deposit upon booking are not eligible for a refund.
"No Call/No-Shows" will be responsible for 100% of service costs and be subject to account termination. ALL Penalty fees or negative account balances must be paid in order to book/keep any new appointment.
(Note: if your appointment is on a Tuesday you must cancel the appointment the previous Saturday since we are closed Sunday).
